(*) A week-end lasts from Friday afternoon to Monday morning. No week-end booking is accepted in high season.

The price includes hot and cold water, electricity, gas to cook, final cleaning and linens (table cloths and tea towels, bed sheets and bathroom towels). We also supply what is necessary for a continental breakfast on the first day. About 30% of the total amount is requested in advance in order to book. The balance to be paid on arrival. Deposit will be returned in case of cancellation given at least 15 days before arrival.  If given 7 days before we will give back 50%.  If cancellation is given less than 3 days before arrival the entire amount shall be payed.

A €30 (about £21) deposit per guest is required on arrival, this will be refunded on departure in case of no damage.  Arrivals shoud be between 14.00 and 19.00 (2.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m.).  For different arrival hours please ask for express agreements. Heating, if needed, will be lit half day before arrival with no charge. Each extra single bed (in brackets in the table, suitable without disconfort), is charged € 8 (about £5) per day, to a maximum of €32 (£20) per week. For a cot €5 (£3) per day is required, €20 (£12) per week. Small pets are welcome, upon agreement and provided they do not disturb the other guests, with a supplement of 5 per day for each animal.. Solitudine is a detached house with 3 rooms, a large kitchen/diner and two bathrooms. Its only form of heating are 2 stoves, one of tem very poewrful, whereas the others have central heating. Hot water, electricity,  gas, wood, swimming pool use, final cleaning and linen providing are free.
