The casale includes four apartments, named after four constellations, which can be connected in pairs on request. They have all been furnished with care in traditional Umbrian-Tuscan style. Every apartment features a comfortable living/dining room with kitchenette and either one or two double (or on request twin bedroom) each with its own shower room.

The kitchens are fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, all of them except one have an oven. All the apartments have reserved outdoors areas, central heating, safe and a television set with satellite. The upstair flats have a fireplace each and the ones on the ground floor are suitable for disable access.
