.: The "Solitudine"

The “Solitudine” (solitude) is a small red brick house located between the main building and the near wood. From some windows there is a view through the forest to the Tuscan hills and lake that at sunset turns to a warm red colour. It is perfectly suitable for those seeking contact with the energy and rhythms of nature and for those trying to forget the stress, noise and struggles of everyday life at least for a while.

The “Solitudine” has two reserved outdoor areas: one outside the living/dining room and the other, hidden from the sight, is equipped with a barbecue. They have table and chairs as well as a sun umbrella. It includes a large living/dining room with kitchenette, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is designed on three levels, however from the lowest to the highest one there are nine steps only.

Also the “Solitudine” has been furnished and decorated with the same care and traditional rustic style, highlighted by the original warm terracotta floor tiles. It has a satellite TV and a safe. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. A powerful pellet stove ensures the house heating during the winter months.
